Delete Your Tiny Treasures Account
Last updated: July 14, 2026
You can permanently delete your Tiny Treasures account without contacting support. You can also request deletion from this page if you no longer have the app.
Delete in the app
- Open Tiny Treasures and sign in.
- Open Settings, then Legal & privacy.
- Choose Delete account, review each consequence, type the requested confirmation, and confirm.
If you have not joined a capsule, use Privacy & accounton the invitation screen. If updated terms are waiting for acceptance, usePrivacy & account on that screen. Deletion is available without accepting new terms.
Request deletion without the app
Email hello@tinytreasuresapp.com from the address used for Tiny Treasures with the subject “Delete my Tiny Treasures account.” Include only the information needed to identify the account. We will verify the request and complete it within 30 days.
If you are an invited member
- Your sign-in identities, email, profile information, notification records, contributor membership, messages, message photos, and message audio are removed from active systems.
- Your private messages are deleted unread. No one opens or listens to them as part of deletion.
- A Treasure that records the child’s own voice remains with that family capsule, with your attribution removed.
- Other family members, their content, and the capsule remain.
If you own a capsule
Deleting your account permanently deletes every capsule you own, the child profile attached to each one, its invitations and memberships, and all messages, photos, and recordings contributed by every family member in that capsule. This cannot be undone. The app presents this consequence before it sends the deletion request.
Limited records that may remain
We may retain de-identified purchase, tax, fraud-prevention, legal, and safety-report records where reasonably necessary. We do not retain active sign-in credentials or use retained records for advertising. Residual encrypted copies may remain temporarily in service-provider backups until those backups are overwritten under their retention schedules.
Account deletion does not cancel a store-managed recurring subscription. Cancel any active subscription separately in Apple or Google account settings.
Local-only content
If you used a mode that kept content only on your device and never created an online account, uninstalling the app or deleting its local data removes that device copy. Check any device or cloud backups you control separately.
