Refund Policy

Tiny Treasures is sold in two places, and who refunds you depends on where you bought it. This page explains both. If you are unsure which applies, write to us and we will tell you.

Bought inside the app, on iPhone or Android

Purchases made inside the app, including the monthly and yearly plans and the one-time lifetime unlock, are sold by Apple or Google, not by us. They hold the payment, so they are the only ones who can refund it. We cannot issue those refunds ourselves, however much we would like to.

For an App Store purchase, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, use the Play Store order history or Google's refund request form. If you tell us it went wrong, we are happy to help you make the request, and we will support it where it is fair.

A monthly or yearly plan can be cancelled at any time from your device's subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your access running until the period you have already paid for ends.

Gifts bought on this website

Gifts are sold through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, handles the tax, and issues any refund.

If the gift has not been opened yet, we will refund it in full within 30 days of purchase, for any reason at all. You do not need to explain. A gift nobody has claimed has cost nothing, and we are not going to argue with you over it.

If the gift has already been opened, the lifetime access has been given to the person who claimed it. Write to us anyway. We can withdraw the access and refund the purchase where the request is reasonable, and we will look at every one on its own facts rather than pointing at a rule.

Gift codes do not expire, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be exchanged for App Store or Google Play credit.

If something is broken

If you paid for something and it did not work, that is not a refund question, it is our problem to fix. Tell us what happened and we will either fix it or refund you. Nothing you have recorded is deleted because of a refund or a cancelled plan: your recordings remain yours, and the export in the app works free, offline, with no account.
