These terms cover your use of the Tiny Treasures app and website. We’ve kept them in plain language. Using Tiny Treasures means you agree to them.

Who can use Tiny Treasures

You must be at least 18 and the parent or guardian of the child you’re recording for, or an adult a parent has invited to contribute. The app is for adults; children are the subject of recordings, not users of the app.

Your recordings are yours

You own the voice recordings, photos, and messages you create. We claim no ownership of your content. We store and sync it only to provide the service you asked for, and you can export or delete it at any time. We never analyze, transcribe, or sell it (see our Privacy Policy).

Pricing

Recording for one child is free, forever. The Family plan is a one-time $49.99 purchase that unlocks inviting family, capsules for every child, and shared features — no subscription, no recurring charge, no trial required. Invited contributors never pay. Purchases are handled by Apple and subject to the App Store’s terms; refund requests are handled through Apple.

The promises we keep

• An unlock date can be moved earlier at any time, and can never be pushed later.
• Sealed messages stay sealed until the date you choose.
• Your recordings export to a single audio file, offline, with no account needed.
• No contributor can access another contributor’s message content.

Acceptable use

Use Tiny Treasures for its purpose — keeping a family’s voice for a child. Don’t use it to store unlawful content, to harass anyone, or to attempt to access another contributor’s private messages. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or others.

Availability & changes

We work to keep the service reliable and your recordings safe, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. Because your own recordings export and live on your device, you always retain a copy independent of us. We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above when we do.

Disclaimers & liability

Tiny Treasures is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We strongly encourage keeping your own exported copy of anything irreplaceable.
