Can I give Tiny Treasures as a gift?
Yes. A gift is a one-time payment of $99 that covers the person you give it to for life. It never renews, and there is nothing for them to pay afterwards. It is made for baby showers, new babies, first birthdays, and grandparents who want to give something that lasts.
Does the gift code expire?
No. Gift codes do not expire, so you can buy one long before it is opened. That is deliberate, because gifts are often bought weeks before a baby shower and opened months later.
Does the person need the app before I can give them a gift?
No. They do not need the app, an account, or anything else beforehand. They open a link, sign in, and the gift is on their account for life. They can install Tiny Treasures for iPhone or Android whenever they are ready, and it will be waiting.
Can I print a card instead of emailing it?
Yes. Your receipt email has a link to a printable card carrying the gift code and the note you wrote, ready to hand over in person. Leave their email blank at checkout if you would rather they not get an email as well.
What does the gift actually include?
Everything in the Family plan, for life: a capsule for every child, inviting grandparents and family (always free for them), a family phone line so relatives can call or text a message straight in, and the full shared archive. The number is there from the start for a first and a second child; for a third or later we set one up when you ask. Recording for one child is free for everyone, with or without a gift.
Can I get a refund on a gift?
Yes. If the gift has not been opened yet we will refund it in full for 30 days after purchase, for any reason, and you do not need to explain. If it has already been opened, write to us anyway and we will look at it on its own facts.
Do I need an account to buy a gift?
No account and no sign-in to buy one. Paddle asks for your email so we can send you the code and the receipt. Only the person opening the gift signs in, so it lands on their account and follows them to whatever phone they use.
